Comments Off on The Teleion Man and the Days of Awe, Videos, by CGP.
Days of Awe have historically been considered as a time of judgment, the time between the Feast of Trumpets, Yom Teruah, and the Day of Atonement, Yom Kippur. During this time God has a message for the physical people, the descendants of Israel, a message of repentance and reconciliation. For the Christian the message gains a deeper significance as we move beyond repentance to embrace the goal of becoming the telleion man (or woman). Jeff Patton will shed light on this goal and our spiritual journey.
Prophecy is a tantalizing topic, and many people get caught up in prophetic pronouncements made by religious and secular prophets, in newsletters, internet blogs, and books. So how do you know what is true and what is false? When it comes to God’s faithful prophets what is the prophetic message that God wanted his people to understand? And what is the purpose of prophecy in our lives; how should we react or change as a result of a true prophetic message?
Within the old and renewed covenants God created a relationship with his people that offered amazing promises. We who trust in God’s faithfulness look to him to fulfill all that he has promised to Abraham and all who walk in faith with God as Abraham walked. So what are these covenant promises and how do they find their fulfillment in the lives of God’s people?

Comments Off on Glorious Covenants: Ministry of Reconciliation, Videos, by CGP.
The apostle Paul wrote of the glory of the old covenant and the ministry of death and the greater glory of the new covenant. What did he mean? Jeff examines the scriptures to fully explain the “ministry of condemnation” that was a vital aspect of the national covenant, and the “ministry of reconciliation” that is possible through a New Covenant relationship with God the Father. Both covenants are indeed glorious covenants
Comments Off on Comparing the Covenants: The Differences, Videos, by CGP.
There is an amazing unity in the covenants, yet there are also significant differences. So in comparing the covenants, Jeff clarifies aspects of the covenants that are dissimilar. Do you know the differences?
Who were the parties to the covenants?
What were the conditions?
What were the promises?
Let the scriptures reveal these important truths,
so you can walk with God with greater understanding.
Would it surprise you to know that:
The covenant was not a contract
The “Old” covenant was not “done away”
Christ did not abolish the law, the covenant
The covenant was not a “marriage”
The covenant is everlasting
There is a lot of misunderstanding about the nature of the covenants and as a result many people have concluded that the “old” was replaced or superseded by the “new” But is this the truth?
In what ways are the “old” covenant, made with Israel, and the “new” covenant, similar. The bible shows us all the elements that both covenants share in common, and how they are both connected, the one with the other.

Comments Off on A Surprising Future for the Old Covenant, Videos, by CGP.
A surprising future for the old covenant: God’s covenant with the nation of Israel is still in effect. How do we know this to be true? What has been the effect of the covenant in the past, when Israel failed to meet its obligations? How was the covenant renewed during the time of the Kings of Israel? What is in store for Israel and her covenant partner in the future? Let the scriptures give you the answers to these and other compelling questions about God and his covenant with Israel.
