God Remembers
God isn’t going to change. We are the ones who must change and be transformed to meet God’s standard so we might live with Him for eternity. We who are baptized and have received the Spirit of God are being transformed by the power of God working in us. Duane Nicol makes plain the scriptural advice given by John on our need to love others as a powerful tool in our transformation. He also warns us of the wiles of our enemy and the importance of our being dressed to do battle, so our adversary cannot hinder the spiritual transformation that God is longing to see in us.

People who believe God are the potential inheritors of amazing promises of a world renewed, immortality, and a vibrant life in the family of God. Finding what was lost
What have you lost that you need to find? A few days ago a homeless man found a lost bag with 40,000 dollars and returned it to the man who lost it. How amazing is that! Finding what you lost could be much more significant than merely finding you lost knapsack of cash. Consider the scriptures and the greater joy that God has when we who were lost return to Him.
