The Feast of Tabernacles pictures a time in which the saints will have a responsibility as kingly priests to teach the world the way to peace. When we examine the history of God’s leaders through the lens of scripture we understand that they often failed in fulfilling one of their God-given duties to discern between the holy and the profane. They were disobedient and did not teach the difference between what was good or evil in God’s sight. This lack of understanding resulted in series of national and personal calamities. Let us understand the scriptural instructions God provides and take warning so we can become capable and faithful leaders who can discern truth from error, and the holy from the profane
