Scripture plants us firmly beside living waters. Stay grounded in life by turning to God’s word for advice that lasts.

In a world full of conspiracy and the wane and fall of political powers we do not need to fear for God’s plans cannot be stopped. Be at peace and submit to God, He is King of Kings.
“The nations conspire and the peoples plot in vain … the rulers band together against the Lord … the One enthroned in heaven laughs!” Psalm 2:1-12
Those who try to tear you down are without faith and cannot see; they are blind to God’s strength. Be at peace, rely on God, and know God can save us from any situation.

When we are accused don’t jump to a rash defence, uttering words we’ll regret. Take time to counsel with God before answering, for in Him we find security.
“Don’t sin by letting anger control you. Think about it overnight and remain silent.” Psalms 4:2-5,8
God only puts a protective shield of love around those who are His. Be careful for our words will define us: nourishing or poisoning our hearts. Speak the truth to build, not tear down.
“My enemies cannot speak a truthful word. Their deepest desire is to destroy others. Their talk is foul, like the stench from an open grave. Their tongues are filled with flattery.” Psalm 5:9,12
When we stumble, call out to God and seek Him with a truly repentant attitude. God will hear us if we humble ourselves.
“Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I am weak … The Lord has heard my weeping. The Lord has heard my cry for mercy; the Lord accepts my prayer.” Psalms 6:8-9
